FootyDeck (hereinafter "the Service") is a soccer simulation app utilizing AI technology. We provide entertainment services that generate AI-created soccer player and manager data from user-inputted names for team-building enjoyment. Widely known people are analyzed using public information; other names receive fictional profiles. The Service includes in-app purchases for credit packs.
This Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users must also have reached the age at which they can consent to data use in their region. Anyone who does not meet either requirement may not use the Service. Before registering, users may access some free features through an anonymous account. To use features such as in-app purchases, users must create an account through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. Authentication is processed via Firebase Authentication. Users are responsible for providing accurate information and managing their own accounts.
The Service uses credits for AI card creation and squad analysis features. Credits can be purchased via in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Please note the following:
This Service is an entertainment app that creates AI-generated soccer player and manager cards from names. When a widely known person can be clearly identified, the Service analyzes only football ability, tactics, and playing or managing style using widely known public information. Other names receive fictional profiles. No result represents an official ability rating, endorsement, or scouting report, and accuracy is not guaranteed. The Service does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any person whose name is entered. Users must respect applicable law and third-party personality, publicity, portrait, and intellectual-property rights.
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using this service:
This service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of generated data. The operator assumes no responsibility for damages arising from service use (including indirect damages, lost profits, and special damages), except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator, or where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law (including the Japanese Consumer Contract Act). This Service depends on third-party services (AI APIs, authentication services, payment services, advertising services, etc.), and the operator is not responsible for service malfunctions or unavailability caused by outages, disruptions, changes, or termination of such third-party services. The same applies to issues caused by network failures or communication errors. Player cards, manager cards, squads, and other data generated by users are stored in the device's local storage. The operator has no obligation to restore such data or compensate for damages in the event of data loss due to device failure, OS updates, app reinstallation, or similar causes.
Users can delete their account at any time from the in-app Settings screen. Once deletion completes, wallet balance (unused credits), credit ledger history, account information, and locally created data are deleted and cannot be restored. Records required for purchase integrity, fraud prevention, and legal compliance may be retained in anonymized or pseudonymized form as described in the Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel an auto-renewing App Store subscription; it must be cancelled separately in Apple ID subscription settings. Refund eligibility for unused credits follows Apple App Store policy and applicable law.
Ability stats, ratings, positions, tactical analysis, team analysis, and other results are generated automatically by AI (artificial intelligence). When a widely known person can be clearly identified, the Service uses widely known public information; other names use fictional profiles. No result is an official evaluation, endorsement, or betting, medical, legal, employment, or scouting advice, and accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed. Do not use generated content as the basis for important decisions. AI-generated content may include inaccurate, inappropriate, or offensive material, and AI output depends on a third-party AI API.
Users shall use data generated through this service at their own risk and responsibility. The operator assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from the disclosure, sharing, or commercial use of generated data to third parties (including infringement of publicity rights, portrait rights, or reputation rights). Users are obligated to comply with applicable laws and respect the rights of others when using this service.
All intellectual property rights relating to the application, design, logos, and software of this Service belong to the operator. The operator does not claim rights to content generated by users through AI features; however, users bear responsibility for the use of such generated content.
The operator may change these Terms as necessary. For material changes, we will notify users via in-app notification at least 14 days before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operator shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
The operator may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. In the event of service termination, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided for unused credits (whether free or purchased), except where required by mandatory applicable law. The operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users due to such suspension or termination, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the operator.
